  Locality, very central to all main attractions in Krakow city centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was georgous with a hugh variety of choice for all patrons.   This hotel is situated about 10 minutes walk from the market square of the old town and across the road from the castle. It is a modern, clean and extremely comfortable hotel. The staff are polite, pleasant and accommodating.   We had rented a car and did not have any clue where we would park it. The desk clerk was so happy to assist us. He gave us the last space in the back of the hotel at 2100. The desk clerks were all very friendly and let us leave our bags for about 8 hours. They even found a camera charger that I had left in the room. The clerks were just fantastic ... wat mensen zeggen » and deserve a big kudos!!! The location was great. - Staff was very friendly and helpful and spole English.Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Location was good for tourist since it was near Old Town. Parking was behind the hotel and very accessible if you needed to use your car. Overall nice, convenient place to stay in Krakow to be near the tourist sites.

  Een van de bedden was kapot, die werd onmiddelijk vervangen en ook de privéparkeerplaats achter het hotel voor 10 euro per dag was prima geregeld en ook noodzakelijk, aangezien je anders aangewezen bent op de stoep om je auto te parkeren, dat is in Krakau geen pretje - the location, the breakfast, the staff and the fact that they were concerned abo... wat mensen zeggen » ut our early departure and prepared a food pack for us. - Five minutes work from the main town, and on-suite facilities. This was our second visit to the Hotel Monopol.
