Everything about my stay at the Crystal Suites was perfect. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything that I needed, including a very reliable and fast internet connection. It was located close to the Market Square and lots of other sites, which made it easy to explore Krakow by foot or tram.

Everything. My son and I arrived late and so the night gaurd greeted us and walked us to our room. We had an adorable apartment that with an extra cot or two could easily accomodate a family with a couple of small children. It was very clean and quiet at night. They staff was very friendly and accommodating. They washed a couple loads of laundry for us as it was the second stop of a 3 city vacation for my son and I. Highly qualified staff, speak English and Russian. We arrived at 3 am and were greeted by the owner himself. Very convenient location, practically next to the Old Town. We do not have to use public transport, except travel outside of Krakow. We arranged for the room rate, although it was possible to find a cheaper option. The room is clean and comfortable.
