I am very keen on sightseeing so going to the city center was a must and it can be easiliy done with 5 or 6 tram lines that stop maybe 100m from the hotel.   We had a wonderful experience here! We are English speaking, and we were always able to communicate with the staff with no issues. We were also very impressed with the ability to set up tours at Auschwitz, salt mines, square tour by golf cart, etc. we were also very close to the bus stop so we were able to enjoy the huge Krakow Galleria. The buffet breakfast is very good and gives a wide choice of cereals, cold meats and a hot choice as well. The rest of the staff all appeared to do their jobs efficently.
