  After spending a few nights in substandard hotels and hostels during our vacation in Peru, this hotel was a magnificent change of pace. The hotel itself is simply gorgeous, incorporating the original Inca and Spanish construction in the building. The staff were exceedingly friendly and accommodating and the rooms themselves were quite nice.   This is a lovely hotel in the old part of Cusco, very accessible. Rooms were very comfortable. We stayed twice for two nights each, before and after doing the Inca Trail trek to Machu Picchu. On our return we were delighted to find our stored luggage already in our new room and that we had been given a room with a bath. Breakfast is excellent and ... wat mensen zeggen » service is very attentive without being overpowering. - The staff were very helpful, gave advice, scheduled taxis for us.. They also held our bags in between our two stays while we went up to Machu Picchu. Bags were waiting for us in our new room upon our return, much appreciated! Nice breakfast too, that is included with your stay. Great location, a few blocks from the main old Plaza (San Armas, I believe), but in a quiet area.

  The location at the Plaza de Amas could not be better for sightseeing, shopping and access to restaurants. The staff was most helpful in calling for taxis, even going out to the plaza to make sure I got in the right taxi. On my departure, there was some event in the plaza that prevented taxis to pickup so they arranged for a staff member to carry ... wat mensen zeggen » my luggage to a street on the back of the plaza to get a taxi to the airport. Breakfast was extensive and I really appreciated the soft rolls after ha - the staff was very nice and helpful. Specially Darwin Jimenez that not only had multi language skills, like made a good effort to speak Portuguese . Also kindly did my online check in for my flight on the day after, as the internet went down at the time , and he did it for me during his night shift. Muchas Gracias Darwin.

  We really recommend this excellent hotel. Everything was just perfect. The staff is very warm and helpful, the food is delicious, and the rooms are big and comfortable. When we wanted to go travel the staff helped us find the right trip at the right price. When we wanted to go shopping around the town they directed us with patience. We recommend it with all of our hearts. - Very nice and comfortable hotel, a quick 10 min walk way from the Plaza del Armes. The staff is friendly and helpful.
