  We liked the ambiance; the attention to details; the lovely and thoughtfully decorated (inside and out) mansion where the hotel resides, and the adorable pond in the quiet street nearby. Too often nowadays the check-out time is 10am. Free biscuits and coffee/tea/hot chocolate from the vending machine in the lounge. The lounge/breakfast room were beautiful.

  Very friendly stall. We rented 3 rooms for our family. The front desk staff immediately upgraded my wife and my room to a deluxe unit. We had asked for quiet rooms so when we arrived around 2 pm, we were asked if we could wait 1-hour for the requested rooms. The breakfast was excellent and the location could not have been better - right next to the central train station. We were only 1- ni - The hotel exudes old-world charm: nice wood wainscotting, lovely wood floors, and Oriental rugs. A large first floor room stays open all day with complimentary coffee, tea, and fruit and a limited menu. Breakfast is fabulous. Whimsical light fixtures in the rooms add a nice touch. A close walk to the center of town. Across the street from the train station and several blocks from the bus station.
