  In an expensive city like OSLO this is the best place to stay. The cleanliness of the hostel was by far the best i have seen. Even better than the 5 star hotels. Clean linen and clean facilities. The breakfast is included which is great and offers a stomach full of food which you would pay an excruciating price anywhere else in Oslo. Location is also great a walk from all the major tourist attractions and - Great location, is close to everything (train and bus station too). The room (very clean) was a bit small, however the bathroom was big enough. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and plentiful. There is a huge hall downstairs where drinking tea and making friends. I recommend this hostel! Ps: very close to the hostel there's a good restaurant, Nilsen Spiseri, and with the card of the hostal, at the dinner, you have a 10% discount.

  On arrival the staff at reception were very attentive, professional and were even nice enough to give me a room with balcony. Although the room was small & cosy but it was very well prepared and clean. Bed was very comfortable, and it was really nice to have had a few sunny days so we can make use of the balcony. Breakfast: Superb cooked breakfast! Oslo is one of the cities where you need to have breakfast included as food is ridiculously expensive.   The hotel was VERY cheap for a Central Oslo location, had everything you needed, receptionists very friendly and always happy to help (particularly Herman and Anniken), free breakfast kept me full throughout the day and saved me money, bathroom was in the room unlike other hostel-like accommodation I've stayed in, free WiFi was a big positive - B... wat mensen zeggen » reakfast is very good (nothing missing). The hostel is very well located. The restroom and the room are clean. The shower is really good. Wi-fi at the public areas works well.   Stayed for a weekend, booked a standard double room for one person via letsbookhotel.com. Nice price, 1800 nok for two nights including breakfast. Finding the hotel is easy, it's next to Stortinget in the centre of Oslo. I contacted the hotel in advance of my arrival, asking for a room with a window towards the street. They responded - Perfect central location. 1 minute from the Parliament, 3 minutes to the Town Hall and harbour. Less than 10 min walk from main train station. Staff very friendly, we even got upgraded from a superior room to a suite. Very clean. Breakfast selection very very good. Free wi-fi included, plus 2 PCs in the lobby connected to a printer, so we managed to check in and print our boarding passes on our last day.
