  A much better alternative to a hotel for a family or a group of friends. This is a really beautiful, modern apartment, spacious, well-designed and very well-appointed. Chris is very friendly and forthcoming with information. A short walk from everything, museums and centre, while in a quiet area of the city. Very highly recommended. - I can't recommend our stay at Kiki's more, I visited Amsterdam with 5 friends and the accommodation was absolutely ideal for us. We had ample space and felt instantly comfortable in the cool, trendy apartment. Kiki and Chris were helpful and friendly... I have already recommended their apartment to friends and family, and I would happily return if I visit the city again!

  We were a group of 7 guys, was the best solution we could hope for. The apartment was amazing, comftrble, clean, in the best location in Amsterdam (right on Rembarndet squre) which is packed with pubs, restarunts, coffee shops. The staff was amazing- especially the Bartender - anything we asked was accompanied with a smile - you were amazing!!! th... wat mensen zeggen » e room are huge, kitchen was great, porch and roof was excellent to lay back and relax. - Apartment very modern, a nice touch having fresh flowers in the apartment and pictures of old film stars and musicians in black & white was great. The proprietor was extremely nice and let us leave our luggage in the apartment after 11 am until our flight, she also let us into the apartment on arrival without having to wait until the allotted time as the apartment was vacant.

  ligging is perfect inrichting is leuk alles wat nodig is is aanwezig zeer vriendelijke eigenaars - Me and friends went to Amsterdam for a volleyball torunemnet. So we had various activities to attend. We had no problem at all as Kaan stay is well located. Walk distance to city centre. And very close to tram stops which can take you anywhere aroun... wat mensen zeggen » d Amsterdam. The owners (husband and wife) were very friendly and gave us a very warming welcoming. They answered all our questions about how to get here and there. As they are locals they told us great tips about places to go that as tourists we wou - the house is huge split over 5 floors, which was great as it was a group of friends travelling. Very modern and clean inside, steps to the different floors were steep but soon got used to those. kitchen had everything you need in it. the owners were great, i emailed them to get advise on how to get to the house and they emailed me straight back, we was greeted when we got there and given his mobile number if there was any problems . i would book to stay here again with my friends as its great

  A fabulous apartment - lovely interior design and every comfort - and wonderful hosts, Dennis and Vincent, who could not have been more helpful with restaurants etc. The apartment is in a great central location but not noisy, close to metro, supermarket and easy walks around city to museums. Also close to canal boats. Could not have chosen a bett... wat mensen zeggen » er place to stay in this lovely city. We can't wait to return. - This is what luxury accommodation is meant to be! Exceeded our expectations in every way (lots of little treats as well!) Fantastic location to see the real Amsterdam (not just the red light area) Vincent was fantastic and gave us heaps of valuable tips which made our trip. We would definently stay here again!! Every day as we would head home after a busy day of sightseeing, we felt like we were going home.
