  We stayed there with a 3 month old baby and were extremely pleased with the apartment: location, tidiness, space + fact that it was on ground floor (easy with a stroller). So it's a very spacious apartment on the ground floor. This skylight at the end of the apartment lets in a lot of light. Everything was very clean and the apartment was wel equi - The apartment was spacious and light. We really liked the area where the apartment is , it is not to far from the centre, but in a more residential area.The Saturday market nearby was great .It was really nice that the owner was there on our arrival to greet us, with an explanation of the apartment and tips on what to in Amsterdam.

  We booked the Guest-Houseboat for our 12th anniversary because we wanted to stay somewhere special and it certainly exceeded our expectations! We've visited Amsterdam many times before, but we felt that staying here gave us a completely different perspective on this beautiful city. Paul was an excellent host. When we arri - I have never stayed in a houseboat before. I was not disappointed. It was a great apparment on the canal. Great view through the large windows. Excellent facilities. Very comfortable bed, good kichenette and excellent bathroom. Close to everything, shops, resaurants, but not noisy - just the right balance. I was on a business trip, but plan to go back in the Spring with my wife. Paul and Patricia were terrific in helping out and providing advice. Great service!

  Excellent location, in a nice quiet area but still close to everything. You felt like you were living as a local. Lovely view of the canal and ideal for visiting Anne Frank House. Booked in at a cute antique shop and check out was really simple, just posting keys through the letter box.   We loved our stay at Linden! The hotel is small, but very cozy. The room was quite small, but they all are in Amesterdam, and we felt the space was very well used. The decoration is very nice and charming, with nice details. Its fairly new and very clean. It has an elevator! So, this is an important detail to consider. The staff was friendly - Don't believe the ba reviews. This place is lovely. All newly redecorated. Complimentary shower gel and shampoo. 10 min walk from Anne Franks House. 15 minutes from Dam square. 10 mins from central station Would stay there again. And highly recommended.

The flat is very comfortable and affordable, especially for larger groups (We were 3 co-workers travelling to a conference). We loved the hotel's room which perfectly blended modern convenience with the charm of the city and of Flemish paintings.
