  The two brothers who run the apartment hotels are very nice and friendly. We had the two bedroom apartment sharing with my in-laws. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen had everything we would need, the fact that we had a separate toilet and shower was very good. People could get ready for the day quicker this way. The Hop on Hop off bus also has a - Very large 3 bedroom apartment for the price of two hotel rooms. Very large living room with flat screen tv and dvd player. Clean and modern with an excellent coffee machine, but you had to go around the corner to a supermarket to buy all supplies including sugar, special coffee packets for the machine, etc. Free laundry facilities but you need to supply your own detergent. Helpful manager when he is there. Good location close to shopping, restaurants, flea markets, canal boats.

  Host was very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. Amazing apartment, very much of a bespoke open plan environment. Number 4 tram runs every few mins about 5 mins walk away to central Amsterdam! I would recommend this apartment to anyone hoping to see the sights and visit Amsterdam with a little luxury.   We had a great time at the houseboat. The house is well appointed, the owners are great, and the location is the best. We would often sit out on the deck in the evening with a bottle of wine and watch the locals go putting by in their canal boats. We felt like residents. Ordinarily when you retreat inside your apartment, house or hotel room you fe... wat mensen zeggen » el that the clock has stopped on your experience. Not so with this place. All you have to do is draw back the curtains or sit on the deck and you can - We were delighted with our stay in the blue houseboat . The location was perfect for what we wanted to do , ie see the Anne Frank house , the Van Gogh exhibition at the hermitage , the Rijks museum , eating out and wandering the shops of the nine street and Jordaan areas . The houseboat itself was very cosy and spotless , just like sn apartement , with all we could need for our stay. Guy was most welcoming and helpful . It was a lovely way to see Amsterdam .
