In room showers are very nice, Mark who manages the hotel is very nice, helpful and polite. Jasmine who is works in the wait staff is very nice, friendly and also well informed about the area. Would stay here again.

  The apartment was itself just beautiful: clean, comfortable and with huge windows that looked out over the Singel canal. Marten and JoJo were lovely and very helpful - they immediately came over to show me how to use the stove when I couldn't figure it out myself, and when I needed to charge my iPod but had forgotten my charger, they dropped their... wat mensen zeggen » s by for me to use. The shower was nice and hot and the bed very comfy and th - The apartment was as advertized,clean, has all conveniences and despite being located close to the city center was quiet and cozy, view is beautiful. JoJo, the owner, met as as agreed at the door, helped with the luggage as stairs are steep (but we were warned about it and did not mind), was very friendly and when we had a question late in the evening replied to cell phone call immediately.
