  I liked the honesty and openess of the (only) staff member, who owes the house. He's a very friendly person, who makes you feel like home, but respects your privacy as well. There was no problem with neighbours, no noise from either inside or outside and the house was clean. I definitely recommend it for everyone. Oh.   The room was clean and warm. There were clean towels and the bathroom was very clean. The kitchen facilities were good and there was no noise from the road despite being at the front of the house.   The hotel is very close to the city centre (3-4 mins walk to the markt), which is optimal for having a drink late in the evening or going shopping. My room looked into a small yard at the back of the building so it was very quiet. My room was not very big but very comfortable. They also have a coffee machine and an electric ket - The hotel and the rooms are amazing. Very stylish. Everything is clean, the beds are quite comfortable. The staff was really polite. There is a free WiFi available in all rooms and it's quite fast for a hotel. The hotel is located just next to a street full of small restaurants and bars and very close to another street with night bars and discotheques. Excellent location. Great value for that price.

There is an a la carte that is fairly expensive but also a cafeteria style that is reasonable and has lots of good options. Bus shuttles to Eindhoven center are about every 10 min. It is around 20 min by bus to the city center and train station.   After traveling around Germany and Holland it was so nice to find this gem of a place in Eindhoven. The room was fantastic and the owner Freek was such a lovely helpful man even offered to pick us up at the airport in needed. The room its self was beautiful with every attention to detail and had a luxury feel of a very good 5* hotel. The breakfast... wat mensen zeggen » in the morning was amazing arrived at our door hot bread, cheese, ham fruit, jam, yogurts and enough to make a sandwich for during the day. The Hof e - This bed and breakfast offers a high quality (double) bed that is extremely confortable and an abundant and varied breakfast. The room is very well decorated and quite big. With WiFi and an individual bathroom. The person in charge of the B&B is really nice and will try to make your stay as confortable as possible. In my case he even went to pick me up from the station and gave me a ride back there when I had to leave. I also needed an iron and ironboard and he lent it to me. Very nice plac
