This was our favourite stop on our trip, we stayed for two nights but would have happily stayed longer. Bagdad cafe is set against the gorgeous backdrop of the UNESCO World Heritage site: Ait Ben Haddou. We loved this hotel/hostel and it was a perfect place to stay for the one night we were there in order to see Ait Ben Haddou in the morning. Rose and her husband (and lovely kids - take them Haribo sweets as they can't get them in the area) couldn't have been more welcoming and we had one of the best meals in their restaurant of our entire 3 week trip around Morocco!! The rooms are comfy and clean and the breakfast just kept on coming.

Een paradijsje midden in Marokko! Prachtige tuin met een mooi zwembad. Er is veel zorg besteed aan de aankleding van de ruimtes en de verzorging van de tuin. Ook erg leuk voor de kinderen om de ezeltjes te aaien. Het eten was ook heerlijk, dus dineren hier is zeker aan te bevelen. -

A wonderful Riad with most beautifully and individually decorated and very clean rooms. Based on the very good description and fotos sent by the Riad after booking, it was very easy to find the Riad. All the staff, especially Ben, are very friendly and kind, so we enjoyed our stay very much. Our kids loved the wonderful little pool (which they could use even late at night). We would recommend this Riad to everybody.

Prachtige lokatie.Je hebt 360 graden uitzicht over het Atlas gebergte en de oasis. Op korte loopafstand heb je de oasis met abrikozen bomen, vijgenbomen etc. Super leuk. Tevens in het dorpje een potterie alwaar ze ter plekke de tajines maken. Verder fantastisch hotel voorzien van alle gemakken. Zorg ervoor dat je niet gaat tafelvoetballen met de manager, dit ga je absoluut verliezen :-). Heerlijk gegeten!!

The hotel is a large walled complex that feels like an oasis in itself, with a beautiful swimming pool and lots of outdoor communal seating. We visited during winter and there were very few guests, which allowed dinner to be served in front of the open fire. Perfect location right next to the old mellah and the palmerai.

The place is really amazing and beautiful while at first the surroundings and the last 1.5 km might not find your approval (see earlier comments) but this wasn't an issue for us and our stay was very peaceful. A beautiful well maintained garden is surrounding a nice pool area, the amazing patio is inviting to relax, to read, to have a drink.. During our stay the owners (French couple) were absent but the place was well run, good a friendly staff.
