  My boyfriend and I booked a two night stay here on a trek through Marrakech. Having never been to the city before we didn't know much about location, ammenities or prices. Fortunately this place is like a diamond in the rough!!! For the price we paid a night ($60 us) we were pleasantly surprised with how clean and luxurious the rooms and building ... wat mensen zeggen » looked. This hotel is located close to the city train hub and in the heart of the "new city". There are many restaurants, bars and shopping right arou - The room was as described and everthing worked as it should. We arrived late, around 10.30pm, and we're told by reception that the restaurants in the area would be closed. Well, we walked outside and on the corner was a very busy simple style fish restaurant. It was really different and threw us straight into the local scene. Great choice of fish at very reasonable prices! The hotel although a modern building had lots of traditional mooriish style fitments...i.e. lovely wooden decorated ceilings,, carved doors and patterned tile floors. The breakfast each day was varied and good except for one complaint. I used the pool twice during our visit and it was ide - Well-placed within reasonable walking distance of Djemaa el Fna square, this is a typical city hotel. The glass of tea and a pastry on arrival was welcome, and car parking was easy. Clean, comfortable, and an excellent buffet breakfast by the pool, which sadly we didn't have time to try!

  The reception from the staff was the best thing and gave us a very good first impression .. the hotel is 30 minutes away walking from the old city .. my bedroom was clean and the bathroom was clean too - I had to catch a very early train, this hotel is really near it. And the staff is there 24 hours, so it's very convenient.

Would definitely stay there ag - Loved everything about this hotel, one of the best beds I've slept in in Morocco - really lovely staff who could not do enough.   The hotel was very clean in all areas that I saw. The bed was very comfortable as was other furniture in public areas. The shower in the bathroom was great, very hot and powerful. Loved the air conditioning in the room! - Nice view from the balcony, good location, just besides the Gare Routierre (not at the location shown on the map).   the location was excellent, in Geliz, on the main street with a lot of restaurants on it. It is on the front of the bus stop so you can go to Medina (taking the bus n1), or by taxi, which is cheap there. The room was spacious and had a nice decoration, large bathroom with a tube. The hotel is small but cosy, clean and close to the city center.
