An amazing Riad!!
The rooms are all beautiful. The staff is very friendly and Frederique (the owner) is a wonderful host who even went to pick us up at the Jemma el Fna Square because we got lost the first day.
Additionally, as it was low season, she gave us a free extra room to be more comfortable.
Just wonderful, I hope to go back someday ... I really recommend it 100%

The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

The staff were excellent...very friendly and helpful in any requests that we had. During our stay, it was my wife's birthday and as a surprise, the staff at the Riad surprised my wife with a cake & flowers on the rooftop along with decorating our room really nicely with rose petals scattered on our bed saying "Happy Birt

For those of you that found Eden Andalou Hotel & Resort not satisfactory, I would like to say that it is as good as it possibly can get in Marrakech. It is clean, rooms are spacious, there are several bars and restaurants and the service is GOOD! Be aware that it is located a 15 minute drive away from the city in the countryside, but the hotel

Very good family room, stylishly designed hotel. Kids club staff very good and enthusiastic. Waiting staff attentive, check in staff friendly. Very quiet at night so excellent sleep. Hotel very clean. Having heating in the room was very welcome as it dropped to 10 degrees when we were there.

Very friendly staff and most had good levels of English speaking, only a couple had limited English but this was not a problem, plenty of staff on hand to help and assist for anything, really nice riad with traditional features, lots of seating areas inside and outside on the roof terrace, 2 different outdoor pools and plenty on sun beds as well. The riad was lovely, very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a 10-15min walk to the main square and souks and my friend and I felt fairly safe walking around even at night (once we got used to the crazy traffic around the medina!).

The location of Riad Anya is very central and in a safe,quiet area, the decor of the riad was fabulous,with many shaded areas with comfortable seating just perfect for relaxing.the roof terrace was ideal for catching the sun and the pool just perfect for cooling off.The twin room on the first floor we shared was spacious , airy , comfortable and very clean.
