The interior of the Riad is very very beautiful (both rooms and a common area) and yet not shabby at all: a rea - Riad Sidi Fatah is in the heart of the medina, but all the sounds and activity are amazingly blocked out by this stunning oasis in the middle of so much energy. The bedrooms are large and well appointed with authentic windows and doors and modernized bathrooms. The breakfast is plentiful and served in a beautiful kasbah-like dining room on the second floor.   Such friendly people, no problem with getting back at midnight, there was always someone to open the front door with a smile. Delicious and copious breakfast, with yogurt, Moroccan pancakes, coffee and milk "à volonté", and a large, freshly made mug of delicious orange juice. My room was spotlessly clean. My room was very reasonably priced (55 euros/night) compared to alternatives - Really friendly staff who were very welcoming and took time to explain the layout of Rabat, where to go and where to eat. Rooms were really well furnished with the most comfortable bed I have slept in in Morocco in 7 days of travelling. Nice common areas. Good WiFi. Really good breakfast in the morning. Excellent location. Highly recommend this place and also Rabat. Good to get away from the hassle and business of Fes and Marrakech.

  A little staircase led me up to my own little area, and I had my own access to the roof which I seemed to have to myself, which was lovely in the morning. There was a nice amount of space, with a little sitting area, and some great books in the room.
