  First of all, Riad Berbere's greatest asset is their manager, Ingrid. She is friendly, helpful with everything within, and outside the Riad. Whether you want to arrange a dinner in the beautiful courtyard, or in a fancy restaurant, or get a Hammam, etc...she's ready to help. The Riad is clean, like hospital clean, not just tidy. The first few days it was a bit tricky to find our way from and to the riad , in the maze medina, but then we learned.   The location is fantastic, 5min walk from the Jamaa el Fna. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious. The service is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and they went out of their way to ensure we were happy. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.
