  Annabel and Pierre have a lovely spot at Casa Lalla. Annabel was wonderful in answering all of our questions beforehand. They arranged for 2 shuttles to the Riad, since we were arriving separately from two different countries. The Riad is beautiful and since it was off season we had much of it to ourselves quite often. The restaurant was a special treat with gorgeous French cuisine. The location is perfect; close enough to the medina to walk there easily but far enough away to be a quiet retreat.

  The owners of the Riad are what made our trip to Morocco so memorable. There was a taxi to greet us at the airport and drive us to the Riad. The owner met us in the parking lot and escorted us through the chaos of the streets to the Riad. We were served mint tea with a smile everyday, small desserts were left in our room daily, the conversation... wat mensen zeggen » was great and they really did everything possible to make us feel at home. He gave us a tour of the square which was quite overwhelming at first and - Friendly Riad owners, helpful and interested in guests well-being. We received a warm welcome and service throughout was personal, pleasant, helpful and reassuring. Nice breakfasts were served on the sun terrace - a great start to each day..   The riad was nice and a little more traditional in terms of decoration than others we staid in. It is clean with friendly staff and with a very nice terrace. It is in the heart of the Medina and we appreciated that we were met in front of Cafe de France by them as we arrived very late in the evening. They really improved our stay in Morocco and meant we didn't - An amazing Riad!! The rooms are all beautiful. The staff is very friendly and Frederique (the owner) is a wonderful host who even went to pick us up at the Jemma el Fna Square because we got lost the first day. Additionally, as it was low season, she gave us a free extra room to be more comfortable. Just wonderful, I hope to go back someday ... I really recommend it 100%

  We had a wonderful break in Marrakech due largely to the wonderful staff and calm, relaxing atmosphere at Riad Nesma. The Riad was ideally situated for all the hustle and bustle of the city but behind the front door an air of tranquility took over. The main square 'Jamaa el Fna' really is only 5 minutes away and you can be lost within the - The Riad was very clean throughout and the location was excellent - around a nice 5 minutes walk to the Jemaa el Fna and also very close to a number of other tourist sites. The staff were excellent...very friendly and helpful in any requests that we had. During our stay, it was my wife's birthday and as a surprise, the staff at the Riad surprised my wife with a cake & flowers on the rooftop along with decorating our room really nicely with rose petals scattered on our bed saying "Happy Birt
