  The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly (Yasim & Younes). When I got sick at the end of the trip they made me teas and plain rice to settle my stomach. They also kindly stored our bags while we were on a desert tour. The riad itself is beautiful!! - Probably the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in! We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to the suite, which was huge and just amazing! Very tasteful interior throughout! The staff was really friendly and attentive. A perfect and calm oasis in hectic Marrakesh.

  Riad Jnane Agdal was a beautiful hotel with excellent staff. We found it a perfect place to relax after walking around the busy Souks of Marrakech. At times I much preferred sitting by the pool in the lobby than being outside in the heat. The breakfast was very nice every morning with some of the best coffee I've ever had. They made our - We were welcomed with great hospitality in the Riad and although we had some (double)booking issues, were given a very nice room. The rooms were very clean and the roofterras offered a nice view during breakfast in the morning. The Riad is located in a nice area in the Medina, making every morning's (<10min) walk to Djemaa el Fna very enjoyable. It was a great place to stay, for the last days of our trip to Morocco, against a very fair tarif!

  Upon arrival from the bustling streets it was an absolute pleasure to enter the tranquil courtyard and be served mint tea and biscuits by the friendly staff. Habiba sat with us and gave us a map and told us best spots to go for what we wanted. Our room was beautiful with everything we needed and huge attention to detail. Everything had been considered and the room was tastefu - The service is second to none. The rooms are elegant and comfortable with everything that you need. Hot water, extra radiators, toiletries, safe deposit box. The common lounge is very cosy and the manager prepares excellent food that is served in there. Roof terrace is a great place to relax. Location is perfect, central, yet quiet. There is staff at hand at all times. The manager is able to arrange daytrips, spa or any other touristy activities. Excellent service and experience throughout

  We were moved to their sister hotel Dar Les Cigognes so that our rooms would interconnect properly. We stayed in rooms Sahara, painted like a fantasy desert complete with camels and starry sky, and Silver - an elegant four poster romance of a room. Both could not have been more perfect for their inhabitants. Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

  Location is good. We wanted to be next the main square and this Riad is right next to it, just inside the medina. Not so hard to find either, especially if you have google maps on your phone. The staff was all very nice, especially Abdu who went above and beyond in niceness. He was all the time attending to our needs, asking if we were okay, if we... wat mensen zeggen » needed anything. We got really sick actually in Marrakesh and spent our 3 days there mostly in the Riad and in bed sick with fever. Abdu even went ou - The location is the best you can expect. It's a 2 min easy walk from Jamaa el Fna. From the terrace (wich is amazing by the way) you can hear the noise in jamaa el Fna but in a good way. Inside the riad it's very peaceful. The riad is beatiful, just like the photos, even though the rooms seem a little more luminous in the net (that was not a problem, there was enough light).
