  An amazing place run by an amazing team lead by Fredrick with Fatoum in the kitchen and Dries doing stuff. It isn't fancy but it is extremely comfortable. If you get lost, Fred will find you, if you need to go somewhere Dries will get you there and Fatoum's cooking is delightful.   The location is fantastic, 5min walk from the Jamaa el Fna. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious. The service is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and they went out of their way to ensure we were happy.   Stayed there only one night before heading to seaside and was very impressed and pleased with this hotel. Hotel itself was very clean, all the traditional interior features created cozy environment. Staff there were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Location is also very convenient as it is next to the bus and train station. Would definitely stay there ag - Loved everything about this hotel, one of the best beds I've slept in in Morocco - really lovely staff who could not do enough. Superbly located close to the main station in an upmarket district with good cafes and patisseries and some designer boutiques. Gorgeous roof terrace!

  Very pleasant hotel, with impressive atrium seating area, decent pool and clay tennis courts. Essentially it's a sort of French version of a Thompsons hotel. Good breakfast, large room and ideally placed for exploring Marrakech (see guide below). Would certainly recommend Les Idrissides. There are a selection of varying hotel standards to fit your choice but, more importantly, it is centrally connect - The family rooms are fantastic. You could lose yourself in the suite. The rooms were really spaceous, great faccilities, hotel really gets everyone involved with alot of events taking place, pools were great, easy to exchange money. The maids cleaning the room used the towels to create patterns etc on the beds which the kids really loved. They also always left sweets and rose petals on the beds every nice was was great.   The hotel is centrally located so the Old City and the new city are both just walking distance. The hotel was comfortable and very clean. We had no issues. Highly recomended. - Location is great for Clubs and Casino. You can walk to the main square in 10 min. Taxi cabs are everywhere. Very nice to stay outside of the Medina.

  The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. - Superb customer service from the moment you step through the door. Fantastic welcome tour by guest relations staff.
