  The hotel was very clean in all areas that I saw. The bed was very comfortable as was other furniture in public areas. The shower in the bathroom was great, very hot and powerful. Loved the location, next door to a supermarket, opposite the bus station, taxis at the front door, 10 mins walk to Jmna el Fna. You see the real Marrakech right at the d... wat mensen zeggen » oor. Loved the air conditioning in the room! - Nice view from the balcony, good location, just besides the Gare Routierre (not at the location shown on the map). The staff was friendly, good english and always helpful. Breakfast was desent! A large Acima supermarket is not far, if you need to buy some stuff.

Pool area full but no nonsense over sun beds, the pool attendant made sure everyone got a place in the sun. Close to all local amenities, check out the railway station, really great building. If you get lost, Fred will find you, if you need to go somewhere Dries will get you there and Fatoum's cooking is delightful.   The location is fantastic, 5min walk from the Jamaa el Fna. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious. The service is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and they went out of their way to ensure we were happy. Ideally located to truly experience both the old and the new Marrakech. Why stay in the 'sterile' new city hotels and never experience Marrakech as it's meant to be experienced? What a place to escape to from the mayhem of the souks of the old Medina and the travails of the daily drudgery - The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.
