  We stayed 2 nights with room and breakfast. The room and bathroom were large with all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast offered an extensive choice and was also very well presented. The restaurant staff was plentiful but seemed disinterested in serving the guests. However the front desk staff and bellmen were very helpful with great perso... wat mensen zeggen » nalities. Furthermore, I forgot my passport in the room safe and Fatima-ez-hra (the front office manager) saved the day by immediately shipping it to - The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details. The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi. The staff is friendly and very professional. Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants. The quality of both is exceptional.

  The place is extremely nice with huge swimming pools. Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. All in all I had a very relaxing time so I extended my stay for t - We only spent 4 days ovrethere , and we must admit that everything was perfect. Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean. Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool. The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second. At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.   Patrice and his family were fab hosts! We enjoyed getting to know them and appreciated the space they gave to us, we were not bothered or pestered at all. The Riad is a new venture for them and I cannot recommend their good value, clean and cosy accommodation highly enough. I recommend their offer of an airport transfer for your arrival but you will find the riad without problems after that. - I like the location of the Riad. It is situated in the Kasbah so is very close to the sights yet is so quiet you would think you were further away. It's tranquil and like a small oasis in a place of chaos. Lovely to go back to after a busy day sight seeing. Very authentic in style. Beautiful rooms. Lovely roof terrace.

  We totally loved the Dar Loula, it was quiet comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady who was there during the day. They even arranged to supply a birthday cake for me as a surprise for my partners 40th! It had a lovely Moroccan feel to the Riad and all the rooms were decorated in a Moroccan style and although ... wat mensen zeggen » basic, they were really comfortable, warm and welcoming rooms. We would definitely stay again. - The riad is inside a small alley, not far away from the palace. The room is small but well democrated. Wifi is weak inside the room. But the common area is comfortable.

  Alles was in een woord perfekt. Inrichting van het Riad was stijvol, kamers mooi en schoon. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, werden van vliegveld opgehaald. Ontbijt was iedere dag anders en werd in stijl op het dakterras opgediend. De afstand tot het jeema lel fna was maar 7 minuten. We were upgraded when we arrived, and it was a fabulous surprise. Their tour guides that they use were great as well. Hassan was our driver/guide to Essaouira, and Hamid was our tour guide for the market area. - Excellent hotel, excellent staff: everything exceeded my expectations. I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved. The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.

  The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. - Superb customer service from the moment you step through the door. Fantastic welcome tour by guest relations staff.
