  We booked this riad based on the strength of it's reviews and were not disappointed. The riad is beautiful, with rooms set around a courtyard and was a relaxing retreat after the heat and bustle of the Medina. We were made to feel incredibly welcome by everyone there who couldn't have done more to help us enjoy our stay - even offering mint tea ... wat mensen zeggen » and biscuits whenever we came back from the town. The breakfasts in the riad were delicious and there was no shortage of food - fruit salad, egg, panc - The service was excellent with all the staff, especially the Manager Corinne, all very helpful with great suggestions and tips on where to go and how to get around. Gorgeous interior, great meals, awesome hammam and massage treatments, going the extra mile to call taxis, confirm reservations, etc. Felt like our stay was completely personalized for us (a 30something couple) but also saw other guests with young children, adult mom & daughter, etc. Everyone seemed to be having an equally great

  The staff were amazing, very friendly, kind, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The owner provided us with an orientation of the city and a list of places to visit. Breakfast was superb, a kind of tapas style with a variety of fresh fruit. The room was quiet and delicately furnished in a modern classic style, with an assortment of lotion... wat mensen zeggen » s and potions. The dunking pool was refreshing. We would defenitely stay there again. - The staff were excellent, so helpful and amazing cooks! The Riad is beautiful, clean and relaxing. Some people may say its a bit far from the main square but this actually worked in our favor as it is a very quiet place to put your feet up after a hectic/hot/tiring day in Marrakesh. Its also very close to the Kasbah and palaces.

  The guys and gals at the hotel were always helpful with directions and general info, and always smiling. It makes a difference. Max the cat is the real star of the riad though. Breakfast was really nice. Decor is very cosy and comfortable. The rooms are nicely decorated . Karen also tries as much as possible to give u ideas on places to visit in. A day before I left I requested for a cab to pick me up at 0415 am and the staff made sure it was there on time.

  Excellent value for money - a beautiful Riad, breakfast was good and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Despite the fact that it was a budget Riad, they provided us with toiletries (considering we stayed at a more expensive Riad afterwards and got nothing!) No faults! - What a great location, we really loved being in the old town, the riad was authentic and added so much to our experience in Marrakesh. The staff were so very helpful and friendly and always gave us fantastic customer service. They even arranged our transfers from the airport at a very reasonable rate. The breakfast was really nice, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice.

  This was a lovely place to stay for a few nights while we were in Marrakesh. Full of atmosphere and Moroccan character. Not luxury but beautiful design, furniture and features. We had the two rooms on the ground floor with the courtyard and pool between them where we had breakfast - which was plentiful. The roof top terrace was great for sunbathin... wat mensen zeggen » g but a shame we could not dip in the pool from there or sunbathe by the pool. The place was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. - The relaxation of the riad was wonderful, you would never know of all the hustle & bustle going on outside. The roof top area was lovely. Very friendly staff, nothing was any trouble for them. They were always helpful with advise, making reservations & booking taxi's. Some of us had been before & would recommend an organised trip to the Altlas mountains & to see how the other half live at the NIkki beach! Some good shopping for souvenirs.

  There are many things that we really liked, here is a basic list: 1. Location: The riad is 15mins drive from the airport. The taxi can drop you at the doorstep unlike many other Riads which are located in the narrow lanes of the Medina and have to be reached on foot. Which can prove to be an overwhelming experience when you have just arrived in th... wat mensen zeggen » e city! It is also located perfectly to explore the city from either on foot or by taxi. 2. Staff: The staff at the Riad is very friendly and went all - The Riad is very nice, we had a nice breakfast every morning and got an upgrade of our room for free. The room had aircon, was cleaned everyday and the bathroom is perfect. The swimming pool is small, but if you just want to cool down it's a perfect size! I would absolutely recommend it. It's a ten minute walk from the 'Jema el fnaa' square in a quiet neighborhoud.
