  Welcome, Welcome, that's the word that you hear the most in this Riad, but it's not just a word because Kacem and his team really do make you feel at home and part of their family. Nothing was too much trouble for Kacem, from booking the airport taxi to providing us with guide maps and giving endless advice, what a nice man!!. More than that, I'm very thankful for the kindness of the owner and people who work at the Riad. For example, when we wer - I live 75% of my life in hotel and I have never before walk up to a more friendly and involved in the customer's needs staff. It really felt like home. It is located in the heart of the Riad which opens a new window on the real Moroccan culture. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely go back for a vacation.   A delightful stay with wonderful and friendly staff. Location is away from the hustle and bustle which was a nice reprieve and handy to get to with a vehicle. Dinner was amazing and well worth the price (we are dinner there twice - the Tagine was fabulous). Breakfast was also lovely. A very pleasant atmosphere and a highlight of our trip to Morocc... wat mensen zeggen » o. We had a suite which was a good size, - Luxury Ryad, beautifully furnished with very good breakfast. The staff is nice and helpful. I recommend to have a dinner in the Ryad - the cooking is excellent. The location near a door of the Medina allowed to arrive by car or taxi without getting lost.   You know the places that change your view point about the beauty, human kindness and cross cultural experience?! Well, Dar Gnaoua is one of those places! The facilities are truly beautiful, it's like spending a night in the museum. The terrace that overlooks the Medina of Fez is breathtaking, during the day and the night. Next time I plan to go to Fez, I'm not even going to look for other places t - We had great two nights in the Dar Gnaoua, mostly because of the great host Ahmed, who was very friendly and cared alot about our wellbeing. Our room was good and clean, as was the bathroom. We had our room next to the terasse, which was the highlight of the riad. You have a beatiful view from there in the morning our at night. The breakfast has been nothing special, but totally ok and tasty. You could use the nice kitchen for cooking, the riad itself has a nice maroccian flair.

We sat there as dish after dish was brought out. Really beautiful architecture right in the Medina, which means you can do most of the sightseeing by foot. We had dinner there for 25eur pp, which I think is expensive but the food was truly amazing. Breakfast was excellent as well. I wish I could stay more time! We hired a guide through them for 25eur, which was ok. They charge 10eur for a transfer to the train station in a grand-taxi, but we took a small-taxi there for 2eur.
