The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. -

The location is fantastic, 5min walk from the Jamaa el Fna. The hotel is
beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious.
The service is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and they went out
of their way to ensure we were happy. They kept our pram for us in their

The hotel was a like entering a different world once one was inside the hotel gates. One felt very peaceful, calm and tranquil after the hustle and bustle and noise of Marrakech. Location was excellent....15 minute walk to the new town and a few minutes walk to the souks. The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details.
The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi.
The staff is friendly and very professional.
Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.
