Great staff, they were amazing and very helpful. They assisted us in
getting safe cabs to and from the event we were attending and were
helpful with information on how to get around the city and places to go.
The room was spacious and they were very helpful and clean with linens,
extra towels, extra mattress etc.

Everthing was very pleasant and effecient, centrally located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, banks and so many other things that the city of zacatecas has to offer its visitors!.
Clean room and bathroom, quiet, I slept for 22 hours in two days in the bed I had; staff very nice and helpful; location good.
The people were super friendly,the location of the hotel is exelent just
a few meters from everything.

The breakfast was very simple but free so not enough to discourage me
from returning.
The fact that my wife was litterally ignored througout our stay, i really don't know what that was about.
My wife felt somewhat hurt because of this.
-in the winter very cold in rooms
-I had a room with almost no sunlight so be aware you get a room with windows.
Will be better if staff speaks some basic English.
No jug to make tea in room.
