  Very friendly staff who really made you feel welcome, So nice even when we were supposed to check out, we could leave our bags and go to a cenote and when we came back they offered us towels and the ability to shower. Very thoughtful! Coozy hotel with lovely lighting in the evenings, pool area seems small at first but it was really "bigger than y... wat mensen zeggen » ou thought", with bubbly jacuzzi part of the pool. Rooms were nice and cleaned, good wifi all over the hotel so you could sit in the pool and surf :) - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and lovely. It was a great city location, nice and quiet but close to good restaurants, shopping and night life. The staffs reccommedations of restaurants were great. It's a cheap cab ride to the ruins and the beach. The hotel will rent bikes which is a great way to get to the beach.

  everything !! - Well kept and tended Wi-Fi in screened building Hot (salt) water in private showers. Crab holes all over the property were actually pretty neat. Private cenote included canoe use for guests. The young man in charge was quite nice, but spoke little if any English.

  - Amazing food, everything fresh and home cooked - Awesome room, windows opened to the breeze, flat screen tv (but we never needed to turn it on) - Very relaxing- secluded beach. The only people on the beach were the 15 couples staying there. - Great staff- Super friendly, helped with anything you needed. I don't normally join many group exercise or entertainment activities but I loved it here. The resort is 7km north of the Tulum ruins, so you can easily visit from there. Also the casa cenote which is only a short bike ride down the road is worth a visit - the resort has free bike rental by the way! It's a new resort that has just opened so there may not be many reviews yet but I would definitely recommend. I can't wait to return here mys
