Staff, especially Alejandro, was excellent. Also, the 3 sisters who own Casa are lovely and warm. The location was perfect, 1-1/2 blocks from Santo Domingo. We loved our small private terrace. Also had a small refrig and microwave in the room...handy! Housekeeping was excellent. Water pressure could be better. Breakfast needs to be stepped up a notch. The rooftop deck could be made more comfortable by adding a couple of comfortable tables, chairs, and umbrellas and new, clean lounges. Important...wireless needs to be reliable!.
