  99% of the staff spoke English and put up with our bad Spanish. The breakfasts were included and we had a lot of choices and they were all great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a junior suite and it was very large. The canopy bed was very comfortable. The tv had many English speaking channels. I saved the best for last and that w... wat mensen zeggen » as the lobby. People walking by, would walk up the stairs to take pictures of the lobby and the fully stained glass ceiling. The location was perfect. - The Hotel itself is great, both rooms and public places, everyone already wrote about the mosaic glass roof above lobby area. And of course the old lift which unfortunately you can use only once you arrive to hotel. Guest relations service is good - I contacted them before my arrival to book some extra services and they really did their best to help me.

  The price of our five day stay was great and the staff was friendly and attentive. The free continental breakfast was very good and helped us saved money. We will recommend the Hampton Inn to family and friends.   Very conveniently located for Mex City airport, took us only 5 minutes to get there in the early hours of the mroning. Also, the hotel had been recently renovated and the room and bathroom were to a high standard, excellent value for money. - Close to the airport and a good taxi service provided.
