  The staff made me wait a very long time to check in, they said they hadn't received the info from letsbookhotel.com yet. Also I didn't liked at all that just as I was getting out of the shower in a towel, a staff member tried to open the door (just to check the minibar, that in fact was locked, and remained that way all the time) if it weren't fo... wat mensen zeggen » r the door lock I had just put before taking my bath. Our security box was defective and immediatly after we did mentionned, somebody came to fix it right away. This is a good service ant the employee was very niice and polite..

  The room is very nice and cozy. The location is very nice too, the street is full of restaurants and bars, nice people and very close to stores and market. I super recommend it. Free parking was essential because the street is a paid area.   The staff was courteous and always attentive to our needs. The suite was fantastic! On our last night we were able to entertain several of my family members due to the spaciousness of the suite. We cannot say enough a - The apartment is very large in a great location, near everything, subway, many restaurants, shops, a bar, disco. Very comfortable apartment with excellent cleaning. The apartments are extremely soundproof and very large bed so comfy that we had the best sleep. The impeccable attention to detail in everything, the decor, chinese chic vases and lamps. They was beautiful, the room furnishings were top quality and I felt like I was in a luxurious apartment. The front desk staff were exceptional.

  Got a king sized bed a bit firm but slept well. Loved the kitchenette with small fridge and microwave. Good water pressure in shower. Very close to metro insurgentes and zona rosa.   We definitely loved almost everything about this hotel!!! Perfect location. Big and great rooms. I loved bathroom where they somehow managed to fit in good walk-in shower and a short but very deep bath which was comfortable even with my height! Cleaning was perfect. We arrived very early - around 8am and we were checked-in with no issues. For the ... wat mensen zeggen » late check-out we were charged 90 dollars but I would this is definitely ok. I totally loved attitude of staff and the fact that you can use hotel car - The service was excellent and impeccable! The staff went above and beyond expectations and were very courteous! It was in a nice and safe neighborhood and walking distance to Zona Rosa.
