  I chose this Hotel because I wanted to stay at a historical -looking place. It was just what I expected. The interior is beautiful. I really liked the high ceilings. I requested a room with a balcony and got it no problem. The room was huge and bath was spacious. Staff was helpful. With gym, pool, restaurant and bar onsite I could of spent my whol... wat mensen zeggen » e day there. The location was perfect walking distance to most points of interest. At check out staff helped us out with a map and directions to where - Everything about this hotel was done well...the decor is outstanding, and everything was beautifully maintained. Lots of atmosphere, including the pleasant sounds of he fountain in the lobby atrium and soft piano music (live!) even at breakfast. Very good breakfast buffet and menu, and delicious dinner...even vegetarian.

  All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Felt very safe as the security was visible and aware. Our room was clean, check in was smooth. Ivan at the front desk was excellent. Even the gardener was friendly and warm. As soon as I got there, I asked the manager to switch to a different hotel. He kindly sent me to the Casino Plaza hotel in downtown. I really apreciated it. Thank you, guys!

  The staff are very friendly, and I was really happy with my stay. I would most definitely recommend staying at Hotel Casino Plaza in Guadalajara. They offer great competitive pricing without compromising service or how clean everything is in the hotel and/or rooms. The rooms are very big, clean, and the whole hotel smells nice.   First: The price can't be beat. I can't find a super budget motel in the States that comes close to the value. Rooms: As modern, well appointed and comfortable as any of the best I've ever been too. Friendly: The staff was excellent. - The room was awesome, the convenience of a hotel restaurant and bar doesnt hurt.

  Great location! Very clean, nice and really good ambience. Food was excellent and very reasonable. Front desk personnel were most helpful and courteous. - I enjoyed everything, but the helpful staff was exceptional. The restaurant in the hotel was the best.
