  It's probably the first time when letsbookhotel.com hotel rating doesn't correspond with our personal impression of the hotel and our stay there. letsbookhotel.com guests give it 6.4, I'd give it 8.5. Had a great, spacious, clean villa right at the beach literally 30 meters away from the sea, so we were falling asleep with the sound of waves hitti... wat mensen zeggen » ng the shore every night. The hotel staff was super nice and friendly and helpful. I also really enjoyed the food. Every night they brought fresh-fres - I LOVED being there! The staff is really friendly and though there are some limitations, the whole holiday was perfect! We made a scuba diving course as well. The transportation to the resort (from airport) was arranged well. The rooms were nice and relatively clean. The location is perfect - there is a small rock-fall (water-fall) in the vicinity and the beach is perfect for snorkelling and diving. Our diving course was great and very great value for money.

  This is a fantastic hotel, incredible experience when we lived in the hotel, very comfortable and convenient, very friendly stuff, especially the boys in reception really helpful. Free shuttle bus. The manager with glasses is so nice. I lived in Room g9536, the view is wonderful! My son loved the swimming pool so much. Room was awesome with the most spectacular views of the ocean, and had one of the most comfortable beds in Asia. I was allowed an extremely late checkout and the manager himself offered to drive me to the airport. Well done you guys :))) best service in Asia.

  Lovely place with nature and comfort in the same package. Nice coral reefs just in front of the hotel, jungle next to your hotel room's patio. So not necessary any need for extra exploring trips (good if you are staying only a few nights). Snorkling trip with 2 spots to explore was nice though. Food was not amazing but good enough, wine list was more than ok considered the place (tropical isl - Some of the best scenery in the world. Gorgeous beach filled a short way out with coral and tropical fish to see while snorkeling. Jungle treks are right outside your door. The staff is consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful, and the property is beautifully landscaped. We saw mother monkies with their babies clinging to them ambling by the villas and trees above.
