  Almost everything :) Room cleanliness, staff friendliness, the food. One day when staff found out we wanted to go Putrajaya but the van was in workshop he arranged for us to go in a cab still. Thank you muazam! Then the concierge kamal was very kind during the drive around Putrajaya. At night when we returned we found cookies :) Room cleanup... wat mensen zeggen » was early n well done. Staff at cashier very accommodating and efficient. Thank you for giving me a 5 star treatment really! - The standard room was spacious and cozy. Suits well for me, my husband and 3 small kids. The staff was helpful and we only had to pay for one child for the buffet breakfast (the room came with complimentary breakfast for 2 adults only). Would definitely stay here again.

  At the promotion price i paid i Loved the 46sqm room with King Bed, dining table and chairs, couch and coffee Table and lounge chair. Electric jug and tea coffee and complementary water. Large flat screen TV. The gym is usable but needs upgrading to 4 star facility and the pools look good but were out of operation.
