  Made booking on line on the same day check in. Was impressed that check in was fast and without hassle. The King size bed was very comfortable. Convenient location, East Coast mall just across the street, many good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast buffet. And my wife really like the hotel shampoo because it made her hair smooth unlike shampoo from other hotels that we stayed. Will make a comeback to this hotel if we visit Kuantan again.

  I loved to see the magnificent riverside view from my balcony at 9th floor. As for the room, it is neat, clean and comfortable to stay and it was worthwhile with the price I paid.
