Fair room to stay for 2 and excellent location to shop and eat ...easy to take bot to islands...all just at walking distant. Good budget hotel.

I like the hotel location.
no breakfast option, no lift for heavy luggage, leaking plumbing typical for Malaysia.
Wifi is weak and just at lobby.
We wouldn't have minded the run-down facilities (bad smells, leaky toilet) if the price had been less. But it seemed that everywhere in Kota Kinabalu was quite overpriced in comparison with other cities.

Very simple and very very basic hotel. No safety box.
The room that i rent #102, unfortunately - the toilet flush spoilt, no soap to bath.
Charge rm10.00 after 1pm.at least consider even half an hour late and please inform early before charge rm10.00.
Only 1 plug, old tv fesyen, old design room, water heater very weak.
