Staff is very nice, happy to help and provide information at any time. Very welcoming and easy going. They also organised my transportation early in the morning to the airport so that I could avoid extra taxi cost. The staff itself worth spending the night there. The staff was very welcoming and helpful in giving information about the city and how to reach the Perenthian islands. They provided also dropping service to airport and bus station. Recommended for people who pass by Kota Bharu.

The staff was super helpfull and friendly, they helped us all night to find a place at the Perhentian Island where we wanted to go to next day. The location is a bit out of town, but not too bad, it's about a 10 minute walk. Next door is a very nice italian place though with great food. Most people go to Kota Bharu to go to the Perhentians, it is not really a place to stay longer than necessary. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Really nice and helpful staff Cheap. Cooperation with their staff. good friendly staff. We can rent a car with reasonable rate. Easy access of road frm one place to another with a town map as a guide. Food in kelantan is delicious but most of them is sweet. Staff is friendly and helpful. They took us to the busstation without charge fe. Bathroom floor is constantly wet. We had some problems with the toilet but the guy was ready to fix it when needed. There was no window, which made you feel a bit claustraphobic and unable to tell what time of day it was!. Kota bharu, We didn't like the city, the markets are useless, don't bother, seriously it's a big wast of time Don't take a taxi anywhere, you can walk from one point to the other in 30 mins, map exaggerates the distance. room not big enough. The rooms need to be renewed. We were in the deluxe room and it is really not very deluxe. Old furniture and not the nicest bedcover. But the friendly staff definitely makes up for that. Their housekeeping has to be improved. Blankets should have clean bed sheets underneath it. Little bit shabby hotel Room was smelly, dusty Room had no windows A bit far from the city center. very plain but an economic price. -no ironing board. Sorrounding is dirty and smelly & no proper drainage system. I m sure if the people here cooperate each other by doing a cleaning campaign the town for sure look better & clean. The night medan selera is the worst ... Rooms are a bit shabby and dark but he than again Kota Barhu is just a one-night transfer hub to the islands right?.
