  The day we arrive,the guest well known of our arrivals,greet us welcomely. The location is near to the town,about 5 minutes,but away from hustle n bustle, was about 10 to 15 minutes to airport,it was strategic! The enviroment,was nice,but the some of the staff was only nice to foreign tourist but not to local tourist,I wonder why? But even so,some... wat mensen zeggen » of them,like the front desk,the housekeeper and the gardener,they were nice. I stayed in the courtyard,I like the room very much,it was so comfy and - This was our first visit to Sarwak and Kuching. This hotel was just what we wanted. We did not want to stay in the modern high rise hotels near the water front yet not knowing the area we weren't able to find anything traditional further out of Kuching.Basaga Residences were ideal; although the hotel itself was situated within Kuching you felt that you were out in the countryside. The staff were extremly helpful in all aspects and the whole atmosphere was relaxing.

  Very nice guesthouse with amazingly friendly owners! Samual and his wife Jane will make you feel at home. We booked for 3 nights and stayed 11 nights! The first 7 nights we had a room with window, which was really nice and clean, with airco. After we came back from Bako NP we got an inside room without window, but it was still very nice, clean and... wat mensen zeggen » with airco. There are enough toilets and showers, so we never had to wait. They are at all times spotless clean. The breakfast is included and very n - This guesthouse is located on the 1st floor of shops. The first impression to people might not good and it look very old & not so nice. BUT, when you checked in you will change your mind. It is very comfort & clean. It is really value of money. You will feel warmest & friendly people here. It just like your home.

  Great staff very friendly, bit out of town but really close to regular buses so was not a problem. Excellent breakfast and very clean rooms. Would recommend. - I do not like this hotel at all. Nothing is value for money. Please do not recommend to your members!

  Reception was lovely, they would like to learn more English to help us better. Otherwise very friendly and accommodating. Very comfortable bed! Rooms were small but all that you need when you are out 3/4 of the day. - Staff Very Friendly. Good location really ner walking from the waterfront. it is a good value for the price.

  The shuttle service to town was excellent on time and the Airport Service was fast and efficient. The view was nice over looking the river and the breakfast was worth the money ....overall Very Good.. - Staff quite nice, room size very generous, good location with various dining and shopping options nearby.   Amazing hotel - sparkling in every way, superb staff - 5 star service, with perks like free wifi in the room. Rooms with comfortable double beds, flatscreen TV with decent English and international channels. Clean and neat bathroom. Good breakfast. I'd made a massive mix-up with multiple bookings at the hotel for the same night, and Ms Serinah and... wat mensen zeggen » Ms Tay graciously helped us sort all these out without a misstep. Location-wise a quick stroll down to the riverside and a 5 min jaunt up to Top Spot - The hotel is very well run, comfortable rooms and generous range of food for breakfast. The reception staff were extremely helpful - they booked a hire car and taxis for us, organised a tour bus to come to the hotel to pick us up, and gave us advice on day trip destinations. Other staff in the bar and cafe were also really accommodating.

  I liked my room cause I've got a good view of the river and I can see the mountain from my room. And the staf were friendly and helpfull. I'd like to stay in Hilton when I visit Kuching. - The location is excellent right across the road from the Sarawak River. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

  It's near to everything at the Kuching Waterfront; only 5 minutes walk. There's a 7-Eleven opposite and a Chinese eatery/kopitiam right next door. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets so that's great. They are also kept clean. Simple breakfast of toasts and jam are provided (you make your own, though). In summary,... wat mensen zeggen » it's well worth the rm30 a night (for a single room). - The staff at Backpacker's Stay were really laid back, helpful and trustworthy. It was a pleasure to stay there.
