The location is perfect. It's just next to the famous seafood centre called Topspot. There is a shopping mall and 7Eleven close by.
The apartment is equipped with a microwave and cooking facilities (which is a plus for me). The wifi is free and connection was not bad.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Overall it's value for money.

Excellent location. You have to eat at Top Spot which is just behind the hotel. The waterfront and many other top restaurants are nearby. The hotel is old but provides comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price. Staff are very helpful.
Very nice roof top pool with great views.

Very convenient since it located in the town area. It is a walking distance to the shopping mall and to the famous riverside. Will go again for leisure trip with my family. -
Best location next to Kuching Waterfront. Easy to access other spots. For older folks, easy to walk around as it is on level ground, no hills or steep roads nearby.

We came for one night and stayed for almost a week. A truly comfortable, lovely hotel. It's a on a pricey side, but this was our splurge for the trip. Rooms are excellent, clean and comfortable, breakfast delicious, and it's very convenient to Kuching town centre and bus stops for day trips to Bako, Mount Santubong, etc. Dinners were yummy, too. The staff were very helpful in arranging transport and taxis. Highly recommend this!
