I must say your housekeeping staff are the best by far in any hotel that I have stayed thus far. I am one person who looks up to Chambermaids of every hotel that I stayed. My husband and I spent 5 nights in a Superior Double room at the Pullman in early October. The staff were all so friendly, the room was superb, clean and a VERY comfortable bed! The hotel is situated on a norrow road with no traffic, so there was no noise at all...we slept like babies every night! The bathroom was huge with a nice bath too. Everything was perfect...we had the buffet breakfast every morning and there were plenty of choices.
We would definitely recommend the Pullman who's looking

The location is perfect. It's just next to the famous seafood centre called Topspot. There is a shopping mall and 7Eleven close by.
The apartment is equipped with a microwave and cooking facilities (which is a plus for me). The wifi is free and connection was not bad.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Overall it's value for money.

Excellent location. You have to eat at Top Spot which is just behind the hotel. The waterfront and many other top restaurants are nearby. The hotel is old but provides comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price. Staff are very helpful.

The shuttle service to town was excellent on time and the Airport Service was fast and efficient. The view was nice over looking the river and the breakfast was worth the money ....overall Very Good.. -

Like the hotel, the room is big with 2 queen sized bed which is very good for family with young children; besides that, shuttle bus to airport is available at RM6/trip and there is a shopping mall attached to the hotel. Free wifi is working well too and the hotel even allow us to check in early at 10am when we arrived, willy appreciate that. -
