De ligging, kamers en bijbehoren., parking. - Keurige kamer, iedere dag schone handdoeken, goed ontbijt. De kamer was denk ik recentelijk gerenoveerd en zag er heel verzorgd uit. Er hing een kleine flatscreen tv aan de muur. De bedden waren prima! We hebben een zeer prettig verblijf gehad in Empire!

The shower had a transparent window to the sleeping room. It might have been sexy to have a woman in the room, maybe from a nearby night club, but I had none in my case, I am afraid.
The invoice I have been given initially had two different daily rates for the two different nights of stay and for this reason was not good of the preferred format for maximising the reimbursement from my company, so the staff was helpful to re-do the invoice with the same rate for both days.

Hotel is very near to the train station. About 10-15 minutes walk to the old town.
Very basic furnishings. Queen size mattress, not one of those joining two single beds. Clean otherwise.
Staff was quite friendly too.
There are two Chinese supermarket opposite the hotel.

Although in a not particularly salubrious part of Luxembourg the hotel is well situated for the station and is only a short walk to the old city. The concierge at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful. He took us to a restaurant, he served an excellent breakfast, he told us how to get on the bus. We felt like family. He needs a raise.
The orange juice at checkin was a bonus.
The breakfast was superb.
The decor of the hotel is fantastic.
