  Staff was amazing and friendly, food was excellent, room was spacious and cozy, spa was amazing, the gym and pool area were very large and great, overall an wonderful hotel and would definitely recommend it. Plus the staff speak some english and are helpful in locating things to do. Beautiful place and great location. Very close to the subway, res... wat mensen zeggen » taurants, bars, and beach. - We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean with good amenities. The TV was big with English channels available. There are are great eating options close to the hotel. I recommend paying the extra for a sea view room. Fantastic view!

  Excellent hotel. I have been to Busan 4 times each staying at a different hotel, this is by far the best of all of them. Excellent staff, clean and comfortable room and great breakfast buffet - The service was excellent and my initial complained (construction noise) was dealt with professional manner by the assistant manager on duty Mr. Lee.
