  We loved the apartment with sea view and private balcony. Ennio and Giovanna could not do enough to help and make our stay very special. Lovely people. Sitting above Vieste the Residence is exceptionally well signposted and certainly with Sat Nav it is easy to locate. Breakfast was superb (we stayed 5 days), with a wide variety of choices. Great value too and I guess you will know by - The extreme friendliness and helpfulness of the host couple. The location and views. The allocated parking. The variation on the very good breakfasts. The peacefulness. The size, cleanliness and décor of the rooms with good pressure hotwater always available, The rooftop terrace relaxation area. We booked for 2 days and stayed for 3 because the whole experience was so enjoyable. We were given coffee, wine and snacks in the evening as gifts from the hosts. It is a gem of a place.

  The hosts were amazing, met us and brought us to the place. Later there was a bad storm and the roads were flooded so they called us and advised to wait at restaurant where we were and he came to get us to. Follow him home a safe way. However, after a day or two of training we (my wife and me) enjoy - Nice setting away from the mass tourist town of Vieste, surrounded by olive trees and the sound of crickets. Nice small apartment, 2 rooms, 1 kitchen/lounge, 1 bathroom and 1 balcony, very fit for purpose. Definitely a good place in the Gargano
