  Our stay was a very pleasant experience. Pierpaolo was incredibly friendly and helpful. The b&b is a 7 minutes slow walk from the arena, and there are plenty of bars and cafeterias on the way. The room was a pleasant surprise, more of a studio flat than a hotel room. It was impeccably clean and wonderfully designed. Wish we could have sp... wat mensen zeggen » ent more time there. The reception/breakfast room is on a different floor, and decorated in a more classical style. Breakfast was amazing. The firs - Only two rooms in a lovely appartment, complete with wood panelled walls and antique/quirky mix of old and modern. Pierrepaulo the host could not have been more helpful. This is a very individual and personalised service from the owner/manager that you would not get at a large hotel. Individual breakfast included luxury croissants and home made produce. Car parking issecure, and at no extra cost. Very central, a short walk of only 250- 300 yards to main historic area.Highly recommended !!

  The owner, Romeo, became a friend more than a host. He provided tons of info about the sightseeing, the culture and the history of Verona. Room was nice and clean. We got the room with the patio: it wasn't larger than a balcony but had a table, an umbrella, two chairs and a lamp, which allowed us to rest and have our meals there. Nearest Veronabike stop is 20 minutes of walking away but we didn't mind walking that distance every day for one week because the area is quiet and - This is the best recommendation I've given so far. the host is very thoughtful and friendly, advised many things about the city and does everything to make you feel comfortable. Rooms are nice, very clean and quiet. very good Internet connection and air-conditioning. I stayed for 2 nights and for me it was perfect. It's easy to get to the center and I actually prefer it is located not directly in the city center. I definetely would come back if I was around.

  The best point is the helpful and welcoming staff. They have 2 adorable dogs Milo and (don't remember) who are also very friendly. the dogs are very well behaved and are in day time only. Location is in a peaceful area, just near to the Arena (15 mins walking) The rooms are provided with a free snack bar filled with snacks and eateries at your dis... wat mensen zeggen » posal. The breakfast is self-service and is very fulfilling with many selections. We had the best of all the rooms (we checked all others) it was the - Very friendly owner who gave lots of tips about where to go and what to do. It's really close to the arena. It's about 10 minutes from the Verona Porta Nuova train station on foot and the city is easily accessible by walking. The self service breakfast was a nice idea. There's a massive fridge with lots of food that you can bring back to the room. There were also some lovely snacks in the room, free of charge. Free wifi (that works!)

  Clean comforable rooms, friendly staff, convinient location to explore city on one hand and to explore region on another as train station is very close. Usual continental breakfest. When we were need to leave before official breakfest time, manager just left fridge open for us for night, so we could have coffee, yogurts, milk, flakes, toasts,... ... wat mensen zeggen » at any time - The hotels location is great, only 5 minutes by foot to the train station and 10 minutes to the city centre. The staff was really helpful and nice. Clean room and bathroom. Wi-fi was working good. There is standard breakfast with eggs, two types of flakes, yogurt, toasts, croissants, cheese and bacons, coffee, juice from bottles.

  The room was spacious and cool even when it was hot outside. We did not even use the air conditioning. Breakfast was very good. The proprietors were helpful and worked with our allergies. It is far enough away from all the tourists and commotion...but close to a bus stop so town travel is easy. The pool was a plus! especially after a day of walki... wat mensen zeggen » ng. We will be going back for we have family nearby. There is a wonderful Gluten free pizzeria in the next town. - We had a car and found the Horse's House reasonably easy to get to and there was plenty of secure parking. The room was a good size with a large shower in the ensuite. Breakfast was excellent and visitors have access to a large garden. The owner was helpful and speaks excellent English.

  We loved the residence, its room, swiming pool, home made breakfast, kindness of the owner. We especialy liked being remoted from Verona centre, in a quite and relaxing place but still being close to everything, working distance from a great pizzeria, few minutes drive to Verona centre, quick drive to winiards and the lake. We enjoyed Swing at our... wat mensen zeggen » return from a busy day but also doing nothing at the residence...only few rooms, so it never gets too busy around the swiming pool. - the host was really friendly, her english was perfect! During the whole day and night you could drink for free (only wine was not included) and eat some freshly baked pie. The breakfast was really a HEAVEN!! we had a lovely stay here and recommend it to everybody. It is with the car not so far away from the centre, there is a free parking at the beginning of the centre. The rooms were big and really clean! PERFECT

  The location was absolutely stunning, less than a minute on foot from the Arena and superbly convenient for the sights of Verona. The room was very tidy and comfortable and the bathroom was excellent (sharing with another room was no problem). The views of Juliet's balcony are beautiful and it was very romantic to have it to ourselves at night time and early in the morning.
