  When we stayed here it was the fourth leg of our honeymoon trip across Italy. On arrival we were taken aback at how beautiful the hotel was and its amazing central location. When we checked in we were pleasantly surprised, ad very happy, to be upgraded to a spectacular room. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated.   The set-up is a bit weird, there is no actual hotel lobby. Instead you are given keys by the staff of the Ippoppotamo restaurant. But, then you are led to the back of the hotel and to your own private room and wow! The hotel isn't cheap but it surely is worth every cent! From the friendly staff, the amazing ala carte breakfast (it's like buffet a... wat mensen zeggen » ctually, where you can eat as much as you want, except that the food is served by the waitresses, amazing pizza omelette and chocolate muffins), the b - - Location is right in the centre of the city (Piazza Bra).   Very nice hotel! Very clean, very helpful stuff. The lady on reception is amazingly nice. She pointed for us on the map all the best places to eat and enjoy a glass of wine. Great location, two steps from the main shopping street and sites. Funny elevator - extremely slow, but you don' t really need it except when you bring your luggage. They have... wat mensen zeggen » parking, the driver took our car from the hotel and parked it somewhere else. - our family stayed at Opera Relais De Charme for the second time and it was amazing as the first one. The Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is very clean and completed with all facilities that you may need. When you step out of your room you can hear classic music remembering you why you are there. looking forward for the next year!

  Owner of Villa Mainard was one of the nicest people we've ever met! Even with limited English, he was so helpful to us. Our apartment was beautiful, very spacious, and wonderful to stay in - we wish we could have stayed longer! Getting to attend the Chievo/AC Milan game was one of the highlights of our trip, and Villa Mainard helped make that p... wat mensen zeggen » ossible - thank you!!! He also recommended the best pizza we've ever eaten in our lives - all in all, a great stay. - We had two apartments which were both very spacious. We wanted to be able to cook in a couple of nights and that proved easy to do. The concierge provided good information about local facilities, bus routes and local food shopping (would suggest these should be in a folder in Italian, English and German in each apartment. nb buy bus tickets at the local Tabak - cheaper than on the bus!)
