the location of this hotel is not difficult to find, and it is near to the water bus stop, so it is very convienent. And with about 15mins walk we can reach Piazza S. Marco and a few mins to Rialto. Nelly was cool! - Perfect location for relaxing after sightseeing! Staying on this wonderful Yacht was like coming home... thank you Nelly for excellent service, cool drinks (very reasonable prices) and the fresh fruits! perfect, only few minutes walk from P. roma to our hotel and like
walking around a building where we catch our shuttle, people's mover
to our cruise ship. Vaporetto or water taxi is just outside the hotel. A
grocery is close by where we bought our bottled water and food supply.

Coming from the airport by bus around 9pm, this hotel was close to the
drop off point which was useful with roller suitcases. We were greeted
by a friendly man who made us welcome and up-graded our room to one that
overlooked the canal. It was great waking up to the canal boats going
about their business, after we had enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep.
Although simply furnished the room was clean and quaintly old-world with
exposed beam look. The breakfast was great and plenty of it! The staff
