  Davide was very helpful with all our questions before and during our stay. Everyone else there was also very pleasant. A very quiet place, especially for the great location between San Marco and Rialto Bridge. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed quite comfy. Wi-fi worked and it was nice to have someone at the desk until 7:00. We wo - Location is great! It takes just 5 minutes to reach San Marco, the same time you will need to walk to Realto, and 20 minutes leisurely to Train Station S.Lucia. But the most important thing is friendly considerate personnel!

For those who love to shop or window shop its a great location near all the designer stores, and very close to St Mark's Square and the Accademia. We received a warm welcome and were ve - The location is amazing and all seights are within a short walking distance. This is a family run, apartment kind of hotel with no reception. Our friends stayed in a three star hotel down the road and we were not allowed in to have some rest with them but instead was treated like animals. This one didnt mind and everyone was allowed to join the communal area. We were even allowed to stay longer when we runned late for the check out witho
