  Our room was at the Biasin side, first floor with great views on the bridge and canal. Newly renovated bathroom, spacious 3 pers. room. Wifi worked in the room too (above the lobby). Considering that it is very difficult to carry bags in Venice and that it is difficult to find someone to help, this is a great advantage. We stayed in a apartment with 2 rooms for 3 people, very spacious, clean and confortable.

  Absolutely brilliant location if arriving by train to Venezia's Santa Lucia station. Less than five minutes leisurely walk with luggage. When you come out of the station the Grand Canal is in front of you, turn left and as you reach the bridge (which will be on your right) vier left and the hotel entrance is on your left in a few seconds. We found the free W - Location was perfect and was just 100 metres from the train station, easier to find the hotel, remember it's very difficult to find hotels in the small streets of Venice and it can be very difficult with a small kid and a big baggage to travel in the crowded waterbus. The street outside the hotel are always busy and crowded, felt very good and safe.The room was quite big per European standards. The breakfast was good and there were good options.   The staff is helpful--Silvia, in particular, was a super, unfailing resource for information about shopping and restaurants. The location is terrific--right near the Accademia and its important vaporetto stop, and just across the bridge from the busy and more crowded San Marco area. Very comfortable beds .The breakfast was also very good and on informing the staff I was coeliac before visiting they were happy to accommodate me with wheat free bread free of charge. The location was excellent a few minutes from the accadamia bridge and waterbus. I would certainly stay there again and also recommend this hotel.

  This is my second visit to the wonderful hotel and it will not be my last! The location is amazing, only 1 bridge to cross with your suit case from the water stop, situated minutes from San Marco and the Grand Canal. As a solo traveller I walked back to the hotel well after midnight, to a warm and welcoming reception. Nothing is too much trouble... wat mensen zeggen » . Nice breakfast - excellent coffee! To everyone at the Do Pozzi, thank you for a wonderful holiday. - The staff were just brilliant, welcoming, friendly, helpful and they even kept their cool when our 5 year old spilt her yoghurt over their beautiful carpet at breakfast. The room was top class and very comfortable for a family of 4. The motel is in a top spot so close to all the action. P.S don't be put off by the alleyway entrance. We were initally concerned it was going to be a dinghy place but we were pleasantly surprised.

  -True Venice experience! The hotel is located on one of the small canals, so finding the hotel was an adventour in itself. Its entrance is located on a small side street and you walk through the ground floor of the building (past the canal boat entrance) to get to the rooms. It felt like we were staying in a Venice residence instead of a hotel.... wat mensen zeggen » - Friendly, helpful staff - Great location - few minutes away from the main tourist areas, but far enough so that it was very quite - Room was lovel - Locanda Ca Del Console is in a very good location between the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. It isn't easy to find, but use the directions on the website along with a map and you'll figure it out eventually. The staff is very friendly, which is a big plus. We made the reservation at the last minute so we didn't have many choices. The room was big. The decor was a little strange. The breakfast was fine. Did I mention the staff is very friendly? That was the biggest plus.

  The apartment was very centrally located with excellent connection or walking distance to all main attractions. Very clean and with sufficient facilities to stay even for a few days. Staff was very pleasant and responsive - they were in touch with us over e-mail to confirm exact arrival time and gave tips on e.g. public transport. The air conditioning coped with the warm weather, the kitchen had everything we needed, and our bed was very comfortable.
