Renovated residence "Podere La Massa" consists of a detached house and 8 apartments. It is surrounded by olive groves, fields and it enjoys view over the Chianti hills. Each apartment has its private outdoor area fenced by hedges. "La Massa" is situated 5 km from the centre of Badia a Coltibuono and 15 km from the centre of Radda in Chianti. A few kilometres away there are the Castello di Brolio (18 km), Meleto (14 km), Vertine (12 km) and Badia a Coltibuono and Spaltenna. In the apartment, which is located on the ground floor, you will find facilities like satellite-TV and a stove. There is a small patio with terrace furniture. You are allowed to bring max. 1 dog with you. There is a volley ball court, mini-football pitch and children playground.
