The small washing machine in our unit is a great feature for travel - The B&B Duomo is perhaps the best place that I have ever stayed in Siena - pure magic. The staff and support you receive (including help with parking your vehicle in the medieval city of Siena) was a godsend. We had the apartment with the twin beds with full use of the courtyard, Apt 3 across from their reception area. Perfect accommodations, clean, quiet, and reasonable.   Be sure to ask for the room on the upper floors with a view. The view is spectacular from up there and the walk up (no elevator) is worth the hike. The breakfast is good and the people polite. You are right in the center of the old town and the evening bar next door is good for a nightcap or snack.   It's a brand new place furnished with exceptional taste. Charming old villa with a large beautiful garden at the guest's disposal. Superb breakfast, and great location. The service and the warm, friendly welcome was truely unique! I would not only widely recommend this place to anyone but already planning our return. Rooms were spacious, and shared bathroom was large and modern. Only 3 rooms in the villa means not a lot of people going in and out. Our hostess was very enthusiastic and helpful and served us breakfast in the garden. We loved the location just outside the city walls but only 10 mins. walk.

  Everything! Nicola was an exceptionally friendly host, and his family were wonderful even though their English was not as good as his. The castello and grounds were beautiful and the views from the tower room were literally breathtaking. This was probably the single best stay my wife and I have had in our lives. And be sure not to turn down the chance to have a meal at neighboring Le Pietre Vive for the cha - Great host, beautiful and rustic surroundings.   Dennis was at all times very concerned that all was well and that we were happy. He was a mine of information about Siena and surrounds and it was as good as having our own information centre. We would recommend the hotel to anyone. - The staff was very welcoming, especially Dennis. He was very helpful and kind. He also speaks very good English. The room was very clean and lovely. The hotel is very close to the city centre and also to the main bus station. The room was quiet. The breakfast was great, they served any type of coffe or tea. The price was very fair. All in all, we would recommend this place to everyone.

  The apartment that we had had two double rooms, a shared bathroom (with shower rather than bath) and a well fitted kitchen/diner. The diner had a gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer and a washing machine - all of high quality. Only one of the bedrooms had a window with a view - the other rooms had remotely controlled velux windows in the sloping ceiling... wat mensen zeggen » s. A well located, well equipped and well looked after apar - We enjoyed everything at the apartment, the view was amazing and the apartment was well equipped and very clean. We were welcomed by Roberta, a colleague to Ennio, who was SO nice and wonderful. She had stayed up way after midnight to let us in, and she was so kind a funny to talk to. The steps up to the place is of course hard, but what do you expect when renting a place on 4th floor – just enjoy the old building!
