  Great staff - we got all info we needed. Nice meal. Water and red, white wine in the evenings - HB type. Inovative, modern and very very nice hotel for passive rest - few pools, bars, nicest views. The place needed a car. - I had a feeling as if I travelled on a huge cruise ship - modern design, comfortable pool area, a bit dangerous beach acces, animators for kids, parties in the night.   The location of Donna Sabella was great: just a stone's throw from the beach. Air conditioning was most welcome. Breakfast was lovely; scrambled eggs and lots of goodies. He even shows us the way on his scooter to a nearby club with private beach - Stefano is a really wonderful host, a very friendly and accomodating guy and the hotel is a really charming place.   Michele was very helpful with directions, suggestions, he went so far as to tie a lovely knot in my fiances tie for a wedding we attended, he provided 1st floor accommodations for our aging Mothers so they didnt have to carry luggage or climb stairs. Rooms were very basic but spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a delicious fresh croissant and cappuchi... wat mensen zeggen » no or cafe'. Located within walking distance of beach and literally 100 meters from train station. Near Autostrada. Town of Santa Flavia is quaint, wi - hotel is clean, rooms are quite big compared to other places in sicily and price is very reasonable . Located aconvenoentley 17 km away from Palermo Port. Close enough to commute , but far enough if you are not into the husstle and bustle of the city

  We stayed for a week at La Caletta. It is an excellent place for a quiet holiday, away from the city chaos. 20M to beach (rocky tough), lot of nice restaurants within a 1km distance. Every morning breakfast on the roof gives you a fresh start of the day. Not to forget freshly baked cakes of Fabio. For a minimal price you can ask Fabio to prepare dinner for you.... and - Everything about this place is wonderful. The pathway down to your own little rockpool/beach, sunbathing terrace, then walk around the corner for the beach bar.Perfect parking for a motorbike.Very comfy bed. Breakfast on the roof terrace.Give Fabio a days notice and he will cook you a traditonal dinner in his house, Thankyou Fabio it was very tasty.Next time we will stay longer.
