Located in a residential area within walking distance of the city center of a small city with some restaurants, and a few kms from Pisa. Parking available on the street.   Very beautiful house and garden. Rooms well equipped on a high standard, you could even say luxury. For example: Flat screen, new and quite air conditioning, comfortable bed with good pillows etc. The beautiful private bathroom is just across the corridor, so it did not bother us at all that it was not in our room. The be - Great host and breakfast and perfect location for driving around. Just 5 minutes from Pisa on car (although, Lucca and mountains around are more interesting than Pisa). Also, there is an awesome wolf living on premises. Don't worry, he is afraid of humans, so they keep him completely separate from guest area. You won't even notice him probably.

Breakfast was complimentary and included the croissants, lots of delicious cookies, cereals, cold meats and cheeses. They made excellent espresso and cappuccino. We arrived late but I wish we had gotten there earlier as the restaurant is meant to be excellent. All in all, it was
